This 27-hectar estate operates under the “Bordeaux Supérieur” AOC.
Located in the commune of Saint-Martin du Bois, it is in the heart of the appellation which represents over half of the vineyards in the Gironde, the largest producer of fine wines in the world.
The majority of the vineyard, the vines of which are on average 20 years old, faces north and south.

Tasting notes
This wine, with a very dark, deep, red color, comes with a nose of black cherry enhanced by minty touches. A wine with an elegant flavour thanks to its strong backbone of ripe tannins.
Matching with food
Its long, pleasant finish make it ideal for drinking with a pepper steak or a sirloin steak cooked over vine shoots.
